Check Out This Link!

I have used the Cornell Barbeque Sauce in the past, and it is awesome. I eliminate the salt. It does taste different, but I don't like a lot of salt in my diet, so it works for me.

The link is right here.

If you try it, let me know what you think. It sounds bland, but if you baste it every few minutes while cooking, it is good, good, good!

It also tastes much better over a mesquite fire! My girlfriend's dad has a pit, and it's the best way to use this recipe, but regular old gas or charcoal is decent.

Okay, you convinced me! I'm going to try this with olive oil, just a little sea salt and see what we think of it. I wonder if I can use the better n' egg product rather than an egg. That should work, I'd think. It does sound a little bland but it's almost carb free and that's great for me! I might add some garlic pepper to it, also, to see what difference that makes. Yum! Thanks, Laurie!

I'm sure the better n' egg product would work fine! Being carb-free and with your substitutions for low fat, I sure hope it works for ya! It's definitely a different taste, but my son said it was awesome! He bbq'd the chicken, and basted the chicken every few minutes.
